Das Poudre Signée in diesem Hellbeige mit einem Hauch Pfirsich ist einer dieser kleinen Helfer, die ihre große Wirkung ganz dezent entfalten: Man bemerkt dieses Mehr an Strahlen im Gesicht, ohne benennen zu können, woher es genau kommt. Selbstverständlich kommt das Strahlen aus unserem Innersten, aber dabei, es zu einem Feuerwerk werden zu lassen, hilft uns Chanel und sein Creative Director Makeup, Peter Philips, der das Poudre Signée als Teil des Frühjahrslooks 2013 „Printemps Precieux de Chanel“ kreierte.

Peter Philips ist seit dem Jahre 2008 als Creative Director Makeup im Hause Chanel tätig und überrascht uns seither jede Saison aufs Neue mit seinen Makeup gewordenen Visionen . Der Belgier löste in dieser Position Dominique Moncourtois und Heidi Morawetz ab, die diese Position über 30 Jahre lang innehatten. Montcourtois war sogar der letzte Angestellte, den Mademoiselle Chanel noch höchstpersönlich ausgewählt hat.

Lass das Strahlen rein!

Wie auf der Chanel Homepage beschrieben, zaubern wir uns einen strahlenden Teint, wenn wir das Puder vom äußeren Ende der Augenbrauen bis zum höchsten Punkt der Wangen in Form eines „C“ auftragen. Tagsüber nur wenig Puder mit dem Applikator (typisch Chanel: stylisch und sehr „benutzerfreundlich“) auftragen; abends darf es ruhig noch ein zweiter Durchgang sein.

Bisher kannten wir es, Highlighter unter dem Brauenbogen, auf dem Nasenrücken oder an den Wangenknochen zu platzieren. Das tat zweifelsohne auch seine Wirkung, aber die Anwendung des Puders, wie es Chanel vorschlägt, ist sensationell. Es verleiht uns diesen geheimnisvollen, sanften Glow.

Die verschlungenen C, die Kamelie und der berühmte Chanel Lippenstift sind in das Puder geprägt und machen es auch damit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Es kostet Überwindung, den Applikator zum ersten Mal über das Puder streichen zu lassen, weil wir diese eleganten Details eigentlich nicht verwischen möchten. Wir benutzen es aber so gerne, dass wir diese Bedenken über Bord werfen.
