Sie haben bestimmt schon so manchen Film über einen Menschen gesehen, der das Leben in jeder Situation mit erhobenem Kopf meistert, seine Ziele im Leben zu erreichen weiß und oft als Beispiel für andere Menschen gilt.

So eine Frau ist Alma Holländer. Sie widmet ihr Leben ihrem Beruf, der gleichzeitig ihre Berufung ist. Eine Liebe zu Pferden hatte sie schon als Kind, und mit 10 Jahren besuchte sie ihren ersten Reitunterricht. Besonders warm erinnert sie sich an ihr erstes Pferd Rona.

Mehrere Jahre später gewann sie ihr erstes Turnier, und später war sie sogar europaweit als Pferdereiterin bekannt. Zahlreiche Gewinne feierte sie in Spanien, Frankreich, Tschechien und Deutschland. Aber vor den Turnieren war sie nie besonders aufgeregt, sagt sie. Sie hatte immer Reitpferde mit schwierigem Charakter, die ihr deswegen billig verkauft worden waren. Aber mit ihrer Geduld und Zauberkraft ist sie mit diesen Pferden schnell zurechtgekommen.

Ihr Dasein als Pferdereiterin half ihr in vielen Lebenslagen und bescherte ihr viele glückliche Momente. Zum Beispiel machte sie den Traum vieler für sich selbst wahr: Sie durfte die weltberühmte Schauspielerin Romy Schneider kennen lernen, und nicht nur das - sie war auch als ihr Body-Double zu Pferd in der „Sissy“-Reihe zu sehen.

Damals wie heute verbringt diese sympahtische und charismatische Frau viel Zeit mit den Pferden, lehrt Kinder reiten und gewinnt mit ihrem Lächeln die Herzen vieler Leute.

„Sie lacht immer, und sie ist sehr nett und geduldig mit uns“, sagt Laurenz Hufnagel, einer ihrer Schüler im Reitunterricht.

Auch andere ihrer Schüler mögen sie gern: „Sie ist eine energievolle Frau mit starkem Charakter, und aus ihrem Beispiel lernen wir, wie wir es richtig machen können. Sie ist manchmal ernst, aber sie lacht auch gern mit uns“,- sagt Simon Sattinger.
